Athletes will tackle the course three times in time trials, showcasing their agility, speed, and strategy. The top 8 competitors from the time trials will advance to an electrifying head-to-head double-elimination bracket, where only the strongest will prevail.

All top 8 finishers from the time trials will secure their spot at their home region's and Southwest's Regional Championships. Plus, the top 3 athletes from each age division will qualify directly for the World Ninja League Tier 1 Championships 2025. To top it all off, the top 3 athletes from the head-to-head showdown will earn a coveted spot at the Head to Head World Championships!

Registration Details

Athletes age on Jan 1, 2025 will determine what age category they compete in. Qualificationsadvancement to and final bracket placement in the head-to-head double elimination bracket will reflect the best athletes from the following combined age divisions:

6-8 U (Kids)

9-12 (Mature Kids and Preteens) 

13 & up (Teens, Young Adult, Adult, Masters, Elite)

To clarify, The top 8 male and top 8 female athletes in the 6-8 age group will advance to the head-to-head double-elimination bracket. Those eight males and eight females will each be awarded their respective qualification spots for the standard Tier 1 age division they fall into. However, the top 3 athletes per each age division specified by the World Ninja League will receive qualifications to the Tier 1 Championships!

Athletes can check in to the event on-site Thursday evening, Oct 10th. Details will be provided the week of the competition. Both competition days will start at 9 AM. The table below shows what day each age group will compete. Athletes registered to compete will receive an official call time the week of the competition.

Athletes will run the time trials from 9 AM to 3:30 PM, but this time may vary based on athlete registration numbers. The double-elimination tournament will take place shortly after the time trials are concluded and is expected to last an hour. The awards ceremony will take place at the conclusion of the head-to-head elimination tournament.
